About the Zoning Board of Appeals
The Town of Southampton Zoning Board of Appeals was established pursuant to Chapter 330, Article I of the Southampton Town Code. The board’s responsibilities are advising the Zoning Code of the Town of Southampton as provided in Section 330-163; and processing applications for, and holding hearings on requests from variances from provisions of Zoning of the Town of Southampton.
