Please be advised that our online services, website "Notify Me" notifications, and Parks & Recreation portals operate on separate systems and therefore do not share usernames or passwords. If you need to reset your password, please use the “Forgot Password” option available on the respective login page. If you are unable to access your account, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Select “Forgot your username or password? Click here” on the appropriate login page to reset your credentials.
Step 2: An email will be sent to your registered email address with your account information. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk mail folder. Emails will be sent from the corresponding system address.
Note:
If you receive an error message stating that your username or email address cannot be found, you will need to create a new account by selecting “First time users click here to create an account.” Complete the login setup as prompted.If you require further assistance after completing the steps above, please contact our office at 631-702-1990.
