Posted on: December 12, 2024[ARCHIVED] EMERGENCY DESIGNATION OF SHELLFISH LANDS IN NYS AS UNCERTIFIED HARVEST OF SHELLFISH
Bureau of Shellfisheries - DEC, hereby designates the following shellfish lands as UNCERTIFIED, effective December 12, 2024 and continuing until a determination is made that water quality in the affected areas meets the certified shellfish lands criteria.
