Flashing Yellow Lights Pilot Program
County Road 39 Westbound Express Lane to State Route 27
Monday, April 21 – Friday, May 2, 2025 from 4:00PM – 7:00PM
The blinking yellow light program is set to return on Monday, April 21, and will run through Friday, May 2. It will be active during the afternoon rush hour, specifically from 4 PM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. As the local workforce continues to face significant traffic challenges in Southampton, this initiative aims to ease the commute for those traveling from Southampton Village to Hampton Bays and other hamlets to the west.
